Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Huhtamaki India has informed that shareholder has reported to the Company through its Registrar & Share Transfer Agent (TSR Consultants) about loss of Share Certificate and requested for issue of Duplicate Share Certificate in lieu thereof. It has further informed that the Duplicate share certificate shall be issued to the mentioned shareholder on completion of formalities prescribed by the Board.
