Vascon Engineers has received Letter of Acceptance (LoA) amounting to Rs 95.92 crore (Excluding GST) from Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority, Pune for Construction of Residential quarters along with Welfare Complex, Mess- Barrack, Multipurpose hall & Retail shops including all allied works, Pune. The work has been awarded on ‘EPC Lumpsum basis’. The work has to be completed within 18 months from the date of receipt of Environment Clearance.
