Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('the Listing Regulations') and in accordance with the requirements of Clause 16(g) of Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations and in furtherance to communication dated February 17, 2023, IMP Powers has informed that a meeting of the Committee of Creditors ('COC') of IMP Powers ('Corporate Debtor') was held on Tuesday, February 21, 2023 and after deliberations it was decided to give another opportunity to the Resolution Applicants for addressing the observations made by the RP or the COC on their Plans. Accordingly, the Meeting of COC was adjourned to be continued after a week.
