In reference to letter of even number dated 19.07.2019 and in compliance to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, NHPC has informed that the Competent Authority has accorded investment approval for the implementation of Dibang Multipurpose Project (2880 MW), Arunachal Pradesh by NHPC with the estimated cost of Rs.31,876.39 crore at May 2021 Price Level, including budgetary support of Rs 6,159.40 crore towards flood moderation component and Rs 556.15 crore towards Enabling infrastructure ( roads/ bridges etc.) from Government of India.
