HDFC Bank has completed the issuance of $750,000,000 5.686% Senior Unsecured Reg S $ Bonds (Notes) under the $3 Billion Medium Term Note Programme of the Issuer, to overseas investors. The Notes will be listed on the India International Exchange (IFSC) (India INX) and the NSE IFSC (NSE International Exchange).

HDFC Bank is one of India’s premier banks providing a wide range of financial products and services using multiple distribution channels including a pan-India network of branches, ATMs, phone banking, net banking and mobile banking.
