Kansai Nerolac Paints has received approval from board of directors to acquire 40% stake in Nerofix from Polygel Industries. Consequent to the said acquisition of shares, Nerofix will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Kansai Nerolac Paints. The acquisition will provide benefits of synergy and growth to Kansai Nerolac Paints. The Board of Directors at their meeting held on March 03, 2023 has approved the same.
