Dish Tv India has informed that in continuation to its disclosure of proceeding of Extra Ordinary General Meeting (‘EGM’) held on March 3, 2023 (‘EGM’). In this regard, basis the votes cast by the shareholders at the EGM, Sunil Kumar Gupta, Madan Mohanlal Verma, Gaurav Gupta and Lalit Behari Singhal, vacate the office of Independent Director of the Company, effective from today. Consequent to the above vacation in the office of Directors, the Board strength of the Company has reduced to 2 (two) Directors. The Board shall take necessary steps for complying with the requirement of the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI Listing Regulations in respect of the number of Directors on the Board.
