Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, Mro-Tek Realty has informed that the Company is in the process of signing a lease deed with a Banking Institution, as its tenant, to lease a portion of space belonging to MRO-TEK Realty (Company) at its property ‘UMIYA VELLOCITI’ situated at Hebbal, Bangalore. Further, the regular income in the form of rentals from the said Banking Institution, is expected after the regular rent- free period as per the market norms. This may result in the material transactions as per SEBI (LODR) Regulations post the rent-free period is over.
