In pursuance of Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, & pursuant to SEBI circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRDS_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated 25th January, 2022, Tinna Rubber And Infrastructure has informed that the Company has issued a letter of confirmation in lieu of duplicate share certificate on March 13, 2023 which had been reported lost/misplaced by shareholders, based on the documents submitted for issue of Duplicate Share Certificate(s). It has enclosed RTA confirmation letter issued in this behalf to shareholder.
