Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 121975W with ICAI) as Statutory Auditors of the Company, subject to the approval of members within three months, to fill the casual vacancy caused due to the resignation dated February 14,2023 of Swati Kanse & Company, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 132689W with ICAI) who had resigned after signing the Limited Review Report for the third quarter of FY2022-23.
