Chennai Meenakshi Multispeciality Hospital has informed that pursuant Regulation 15(2) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015, the compliance with Website provisions as specified in Reg 46 para from (b) to (i) shall not apply, in respect of the Company as the paid up equity share capital of the company does not exceed rupees ten crores and net worth does not exceed rupees twenty five crores, as on the last day of the previous financial year. The company has filed the Non-applicability of Regulation 23(9) of LODR vide its Letter dated 04-04-2022.
