Further, in accordance with the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all designated persons shall remain close up to the completion of 48 hours after the announcement.
