Vedanta has repaid $100 million to Standard Chartered Bank through release of encumbrance on March 10, 2023. Earlier, Twin Star Holding (as borrower), Vedanta Resources and Welter Trading (as original guarantors), and Standard Chartered Bank (Singapore) (as original lender) had signed facility agreement for an aggregate amount of $100 million.
