ICICI Bank has informed that the Board of Directors of the Bank, at its meeting held today, approved the appointment of Prachiti Lalingkar as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Bank effective April 1, 2023 pursuant to the impending superannuation of Ranganath Athreya in July 2023. Brief profile of Lalingkar is attached as Annexure. Ranganath Athreya shall cease to be the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Bank with effect from close of business hours on March 31, 2023.
