Yes Bank has informed that the Bank has allotted 1,66,100 (One Lakh Sixty-Six Thousand One Hundred) equity shares of face value of Rs. 2 each on March 16, 2023 pursuant to exercise of 1,66,100 options under YBL ESOS 2020 Scheme (YBL PESOP 2020 Plan) and the Bank has realized Rs. 21,75,200 (Rupees Twenty-One Lakhs Seventy-Five Thousand and Two Hundred only) by exercise of options. Consequent to the allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Bank stands increased from Rs. 57,50,92,18,468 consisting of 28,75,46,09,234 equity shares of Rs. 2 each to Rs. 57,50,95,50,668 consisting of 28,75,47,75,334 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
