Jtekt India has informed that Satoshi Komeda, Director (Operations) of the Company has tendered his resignation, vide letter dated 16th March, 2023, from the position of Director (Operations) as well as Directorship of the Company with effect from the closing hours of 31st March, 2023. Komeda is returning back to his home country Japan due to professional commitments. The said resignation shall be placed before the forthcoming meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company. Satoshi Komeda has confirmed that there is no other material reason other than as mentioned in this letter.
