In compliance with the Regulation 30 of LODR, 2015, KMG Milk Food has informed that Santosh Sharma (DIN: 09634880), the Director of the Company, has resigned from his Directorship with effective from 23th December, 2022. The resignation letter was placed before the Board for their consideration. The Board of the Directors at the Board Meeting dated 13th March, 2023 (Monday), discussed and accepted the same and further appreciated his valuable contribution made during his tenure as Executive Director of the Company. Further, as per the requirement of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III, Para A, of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company has received confirmation from Santosh Sharma vide his letter dated March 15th, 2023 (Annexure I) regarding there being no material reasons, other than those mentioned by him in the resignation letter as Executive Director from the Board of Directors of the Company. The details required under the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 is enclosed as Annexure-II.
