Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, (‘Listing Regulations’), Premco Global has informed that Gaurish Tawte [A 49898], Company Secretary of the Company has tendered his resignation from the post of Company Secretary (CS) of the Company with effect from close of working hours of 16th March 2023. Consequent to his resignation, Gaurish Tawte also ceases to be Compliance Officer (CO) of the Company. His successor shall be appointed in due course, within the time limits prescribed under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rules made thereunder read with the applicable provisions of the Listing Regulations and the same shall be duly intimated to the Stock Exchanges).
