In compliance with regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, SJVN has informed that the wholly owned subsidiary of the Company i.e., SJVN Green Energy ('SGEL') received a Letter of Award from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company ('MSEDCL') for 200 MW Solar Power Project to be developed anywhere in the State of Maharashtra. The project shall be constructed in a period of 18 months which shall be reckoned from the date of signing of PPA with MSEDCL.
