Modison has informed that the Board of Directors of Modison via resolution passed by circulation dated March 22, 2023 has approved the appointment of Purva Sharegistry (India) (SEBI Registration No. INR000001112) as Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) in place of the existing Share Transfer Agent, Freedom Registry for administrative convenience. The effective date of appointment will be communicated in due course after executing necessary agreements and other documents in order to ensure smooth transition of records from Freedom Registry to Purva Sharegistry (India). However, Freedom Registry will continue to act as Share Transfer Agent of the Company till such time the database and electronic connectivity is shifted to Purva Sharegistry (India).
