KFin Technologies has completed the acquisition of 1,041,525 Equity Shares in Fintech Products and Solutions (India) (FPSIPL) for a consideration of Rs 6.50 crore translating into an equity shareholding of 25.63% of the post-issue share capital of FPSIPL (Initial Primary Transaction) on March 22, 2023. Earlier, the company had entered into definitive agreement for said transaction.
KFin Technologies provides services and solutions to intermediaries operating in the capital market ecosystem such as mutual funds (MF), alternative investment funds and wealth management firms.
