Bhoruka Aluminium and its affiliates have entered into a formal agreement with YKK Holding Asia, Singapore on March 01, 2013, for transfer of the aluminium extrusion business of the company.
The company has taken this step in accordance with the approval granted by the shareholders through Postal Ballot for transfer of aluminium extrusion business by way of slump sale pursuant to Companies Act, 1956. The completion of the transaction is however subject to statutory compliances and certain conditions precedent including consent from the lenders.
Bhoruka Aluminium is a major producer of structural extrusions for doors, windows, vents, shop fronts, louvres, rolling shutters, ladders, curtain walls, glazing, partitions, etc. The company excels in the manufacture of special extrusions for applications in water purifiers, small electric motors, computers, electronics equipment, modular racks, exibition stalls, moulded luggage, conservatories, sprinkler irrigation systems, etc.
