Cera Sanitaryware has completed transaction relating to divestment of its entire stake in Anjani Tiles. Consequently, Anjani Tiles has been ceased to be the subsidiary of the Company. Earlier, the company had entered into Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Anjani Vishnu Holdings for divestment of entire stake.
Cera Sanitaryware is engaged in the business of manufacturing, selling and trading of building products and is having nonconventional wind & solar power for captive use in the State of Gujarat.
