Seya Industries has informed that the Whole-Time Member, SEBI has passed an Interim Order cum Show Cause Notice dated March 20, 2023 under the provisions of the SEBI Act, 1992, giving certain directions to the Company, Ashok Ghanshyamdas Rajani, Asit Kumar Bhowmik, Sivaprasada Rao Buddi and Amrit Ashok Rajani (as Notices therein). A copy of said Interim Order-cum-Showcause Notice has been uploaded on the website of the Company. The company is in the process of seeking legal advice in the matter and taking appropriate actions, as may be advised, including challenging the allegations and directions contained in the said Interim Order-cum-Showcause Notice.
