Pursuant to Clause 4 of the Schedule B to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as well as in terms of Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons of the company, Last Mile Enterprises has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed with effect from Saturday, 1st April, 2023 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended on 31st March, 2023 for all the designated persons of the Company. The date of Board Meeting to consider and approve the audited Financial Results for quarter ended on 31st March, 2023 will be intimated to the Stock Exchanges in due course. Further, the insiders/ designated persons have been intimated not to trade in the securities of the Company during the above-mentioned period of closure of trading window.
