Aditya Birla Money has informed that as per the Company’s Code of Conduct formulated pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for trading in the securities of the Company will be closed for all Directors and Employees of the Company from April 01, 2023 and would remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results for the quarter and year ending on March 31, 2023 to the public. Accordingly, all directors and employees of the Company have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
