Hindustan Motors has informed that in terms of Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Circular No. NSE/CML/2019/11 dated 02-04-2019 issued by National Stock Exchange of India Limited and Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 02-04-2019 issued by BSE, the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from 1st April, 2023 till the conclusion of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the fourth (4th) quarter and also Audited financial results for the year ended on 31st March, 2023. The date of the Board meeting for consideration of the financial results would be intimated in due course.
