Sunshield Chemicals has informed that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended the ‘Trading Window’ (period to deal in the Company's shares) shall remain closed from 1st April 2023 till 48 hours after the audited financial results of the Company for the year ended 31st March 2023 are approved by the Board of Directors and filed with Stock Exchange. The date of proposed Board Meeting to approve audited financial results of the Company for the year ended 31st March 2023 will be informed in due course. Accordingly, all Directors/Connected Persons/Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
