In continuation of its letter dated February 02, 2022 and pursuant to regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Hindustan Construction Co has informed that consequent upon transfer of 100% stake held in Baharampore-Farakka Highways (BFHL), by HCC Concessions, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, BFHL has ceased to be subsidiary of the Company with effect from March 28, 2023. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIWCFD1CMD1412015 dated September 09, 2015 are enclosed.
