Apollo Tyres has received approval for incorporation of wholly owned subsidiary Company, to create an online D2C (Direct to Customer) platform for making passenger vehicle aftermarket services on site for convenience of customers. The Board of Directors at their meeting held on March 28, 2023, inter alia, considered and approved the same.
