Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 ('PIT Regulations'), Heranba Industries has informed that trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall be closed for designated persons, their immediate relatives and all the connected persons covered under the Code of Conduct under PIT Regulations amended from time to time, with effect from Saturday, April 01, 2023 till the expiry of 48 hours post announcement of the audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2023. The date of the board meeting for approval of audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2023 shall be informed in due course of time. Accordingly, all Designated Persons including their immediate relatives of the Company are informed not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
