Shreeshay Engineers has informed that in terms of Company’s Code for prevention of Insider Trading framed under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company would remain close from Saturday, 1st April, 2023 till the completion of 48 hours after announcement of the Audited Financial Results of year ended 31st March, 2023; for Designated persons of the Company including their immediate relatives. The date of Board meeting to be held for the consideration and approval of the Financial Results of the above-mentioned period will be communicated in due course of time.
