Indowind Energy has informed that as per the Company’s code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to SEBI(PIT) Regulations, 2015 and amended from time to time, the Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from 1st April, 2023 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended 31st March, 2023. During the aforesaid closing Trading Window period, the Designated Persons (‘Code’), shall not trade in the Company’s shares/securities. The date of the Meeting for declaration of the financial results of the Company for the year ended 31st March, 2023 will be intimated in due course.
