Pricol has informed that the Company has obtained credit rating from the following credit rating agencies: CRISIL, India Ratings and Research and ICRA. Credit ratings from the above agencies were intimated to the stock exchanges within the prescribed time period under SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. Based on the request of the Company, ICRA has withdrawn the long-term rating of [ICRA] BBB+ with a positive outlook and the short-term rating of [ICRA] A2.
