Burnpur Cement has informed that as per the Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed by the Company pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 (as amended), the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives from 1st April, 2023 till 48 hours after the declaration to the Stock Exchanges of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2023.
