A copy of the same is enclosed as Annexure – III, Considered and approved Un-audited Financial Result of the Company along with the Limited Review Report issued by H.G Sarvaiya & Co., Chartered Accountant for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2022 – A copy of the same is enclosed as Annexure – IV, Considered and approved Un-audited Financial Result of the Company along with the Limited Review Report issued by H.G Sarvaiya & Co., Chartered Accountant for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2022. A copy of the same is enclosed as Annexure V, Appointment of Kedar Mangesh Latke (Membership No.: FCS 12341) as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from March 30, 2023.
