As per Internal circular dated 29.03.2023 sent by the Company to all the Directors and senior Employees and other insiders regarding the Trading Window closure pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 that as per the Code of conduct adopted by the Company for the prevention of the Insider Trading in the securities of the Company pursuant of the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) regulations 2015, Sir Shadi Lal Enterprises has informed that trading window of the company shall be closed for all the Designated employees and directors of the company their relatives and other insiders from April 01, 2023 upto forty eight hours after the announcement of results to the Stock Exchanges.
