Shalimar Paints has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of Shalimar Paints ('the Company') will be closed with effect from April 01, 2023 in terms of provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, circulars issued by the stock exchanges and Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and reporting of trading by Insiders. The Trading Window shall remain closed till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results of the Company for the financial year ending March 31, 2023. The date of Board meeting at which the aforesaid results will be considered shall be intimated in due course of time.
