Davangere Sugar Company has informed that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed with effect from April 01, 2023, till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the Quarter ended March 31, 2023, as per the Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring, Preventing and Reporting of Trading in Securities by the Designated persons and their immediate relatives under the Securities and Exchanges Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended. The date of the Board meeting will be intimated in due course.
