Pursuant to Schedule B of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons for trading in Company's Shares/ Securities, Blue Coast Hotels has informed that the trading window shall remain closed with effective from, 1st April, 2023 for the purpose of consideration and approval of audited financial result for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2023. The Trading Window shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the said audited financial results and the information becomes generally available.
