In furtherance to the disclosure dated March 28, 2023 submitted by the Company, in regard to the appointment of Sanjay Pugalia (DIN: 08360398) and Senthil Sinniah Chengalvarayan (DIN: 02330757) as Whole-time Directors of the Company with effect from April 1, 2023, subject to the approval of Ministry of Information & Broadcasting and Shareholders of the Company. In this regard, New Delhi Television has informed that the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting vide letter dated March 31, 2023 has granted its approval for the said appointments.
