As per the Company’s code of conduct for the prohibition of insider trading (‘the code’) adopted by the Company pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Poddar Housing and Development has informed that the Trading Window shall remain closed, for all designated persons, from 1st April, 2023 till the expiry of 48 hours after the announcement of the audited Financial Results of the company for the quarter ended on 31st March, 2023, in terms of Company’s Policy for Prevention of Insider Trading framed, as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as intimated earlier by the company.
