In terms of the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, Indo Borax & Chemicals has informed that the Trading Window will remain closed from Saturday, 1st April, 2023 till 48 hours after the conclusion of the Meeting of the Board of Directors to be held for the purpose of considering the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2023. The date of the board meeting to be convened for the aforesaid purpose will be intimated in due course.
