Pursuant to Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by its Employees and other Connected Persons under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, as amended from time to time (the PIT Regulations), and pursuant to the provisions of Clause 4 of the Schedule B of the PIT Regulations, IST has informed that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed from 1st April, 2023 till the completion of 48 hours after the financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2023 are submitted to the stock exchange and disseminated on the website of the Company.
