LIST/COMP /01/2019-20 dated April 02, 2019 issued by BSE, Silverpoint Infratech has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the listed securities of the Company shall be closed for all the Designated Persons of the Company from April 03, 2023 and the same shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of audited financial results of the Company for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2023.
