EPIC Energy has informed that the Trading Window for the purchase/sale of the shares of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, 1st April, 2023 for all the Directors, KMPs and Designated persons of the Company and their immediate relatives, for the purpose of declaration of the Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2023. The Trading Window will open after 48 hours of the announcement of Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2023 to the stock exchange. Accordingly, all the Directors, KMP and Designated persons of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period.
