Innovative Tech Pack has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of Innovative Tech Pack has been closed with effect from 1st April, 2023 in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The Trading Window shall remain closed until the 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2023. The date of the Board meeting at which the said results will be considered shall be intimated in due course of time.
