Pursuant to the Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015, S V Global Mill has informed that it has received a request from the Shareholders of the Company, for issue of duplicate share certificates in place of share certificates misplaced/lost. The duplicate share certificates will be issued only after completion of necessary formalities and receipt of relevant documents from the shareholder. Details of the share certificate and shareholder are enclosed.
