Automotive Axles is planning to invest in the equity shares of Torrent Saurya Urja 3 (TSU3PL). The objective of acquisition is for offtaking Solar Power electricity generated from the Project of TSU3PL to the production unit of the Company situated at Hootagalli Industrial Area, Off Hunsur Road, Mysore Karnataka. Cost of acquisition of equity shares is Rs 2.80 crore.

Automotive Axles manufactures drive axles, non-drive axles, front steer axles, specialty & defence axles and drum & disc brakes.
