Indusind Bank has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors (the Board) of the Bank will be held on Monday, April 24, 2023 in Mumbai, to consider and approve, the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Bank, for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2023 and to consider declaration/recommendation of dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2022-23, in terms of the Dividend Distribution Policy of the Bank.
